I love this device. It is the simplest, most beautiful and elegant design of all the Shift devices I have seen. It is also the quietest and has the most lovely chain of them all.
I've really loved using it. It has taught me what a truly relaxed and full breath is. And has made me more mindful throughout the day. I particularly like using it after I've been on the computer for a while because that work always tends to make my breathing shallow and tense. Something I never noticed before using the Beam regularly.
The quality of the device itself is excellent—it's sleek, user-friendly, and feels like a high-end product. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would highly recommend Moksha to anyone looking to improve their sleep quality or enhance their meditation practice.
I just received our beams I gave my children their necklace. They are just lovely. The only problem we have is that the QR code to download which came in the box
